our newspaper workers

We had a list of classified ads telling us what jobs were available.

To get our jobs we had to:

• do a resume

• a job application

• go to a job interview

A reporter writes a story.  Our classes suggested the stories.	The photographers took pictures suggested by the reporters.
Cartoonists drew pictures to tell a story in four parts.	Sales people sold ads in our newspaper.
Web Developers made a web site about our newspaper.	Editors checked for mistakes made by reporters & typists.
Production staff printed the paper, stapled, and folded.	Marketing people made posters for ads and classifieds.
