What's Happening

School Messenger Communicate

Smartphone

The Lee County School District is transitioning to a new communication platform.  School Messenger Communicate will be the new tool for parents to receive updates via phone calls and text messaging.  To begin the transition, there will be three rounds of opt-in messages sent to parents, on the following dates:
8/24/18
9/10/18
9/23/18

As long as Heights Elementary has your up-to-date contact information, you will receive the opt-in messages on those dates.

**Parentlink is temporarily operational for the district to send messages to parents, but parents are no longer able to use Parentlink.  Parentlink will be shut down on October 10, 2018.  Use your Focus Parent Portal account to access grades and attendance**

Create your Focus Parent Portal Account

Go to https://lee.focusschoolsoftware.com/focus/. Where it says "Attention Parents", click "Create a Focus Parent Portal Account." You must register with an email address that you have on file with Heights Elementary. If you had already registered last year, you still need to register an account for this school year.

IMPORTANT: If you are receiving the error message "The student you requested could not be found", this most likely means your child's social security number is not on file with the district. Simply leave the box for the Last 4 Digits of Social Security Number blank, and as long as all other information is accurate, you will be able to continue with registration.

Once registration is complete, please allow time for an administrator to verify your account.

If having password issues, click the link that says “Click here if you forgot your Focus Parent Portal password”, under the Attention Parents section.
